Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez will lead IMO’s delegation to the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 29) in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 11 to 22 November 2024. The event will bring together world leaders and an estimated 40,000 delegates to focus on global climate action.
